I’m a Minnesota-based Yoga instructor on a mission to help others cultivate a personal yoga practice and in the process, find their purpose too.
I started practicing yoga in 2016 to become more flexible and to learn to do all the cool yoga poses I saw on Instagram. Yoga soon became my “ME” time. Time for me to relieve stress, tune into my body and tune out the rest of my day.
Before I started practicing, I felt empty and lost. I was a people-pleasing workaholic. I was so stressed, anxious and burnt out! Yoga has increased my energy, reduced my stress and helped me become more mindful on and off the mat.
The 200 hour and 300/500 hour trainings I received with Brett Larkin really focused on alignment, the chakra system and myofascial release.
